Purpose and Ownership

Harmon County Released Inmates is a private reference site. It is not operated by a court, sheriff, jail, parole office, or corrections department. No official custody or court records are stored here. The site cannot confirm that a person is in custody, order or complete a release, change an agency record, submit a public-record request for a visitor, or file a document in a criminal case.

The pages point visitors toward resources maintained by the Harmon County Sheriff, Oklahoma Department of Corrections, Oklahoma courts, VINE, and relevant federal agencies. Some search tools are supplied by independent partners. Oklahoma government records remain subject to the law and rules that govern the office holding them, including the Oklahoma Open Records Act. A link or summary does not convert an outside record into site-owned data.

Acceptable Use Rules

Use of the site must be lawful and must not interfere with other visitors, the site's operation, or the rights and safety of any person. By continuing to use it, you agree that you will not:

• Use any page, search result, or linked record to violate a federal, Oklahoma, or local law.
• Use information to stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm another person.
• Rely on site content for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another regulated eligibility decision.
• Attempt to enter accounts, systems, servers, or data without authorization.
• Run bots, crawlers, scrapers, or other automated collection tools against the site.
• Overload, damage, disable, or disrupt any feature or another visitor's access.

No Consumer Reports

Harmon County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not create or supply consumer reports, credit reports, background checks, or screening services. Its advertising and search partners do not provide those services through this site. You agree not to use information obtained here, directly or through a site link, for an FCRA-covered purpose.

• Making a hiring, firing, promotion, or other employment decision.
• Evaluating a tenant, lease applicant, or housing request.
• Setting credit terms, creditworthiness, or an insurance premium.
• Deciding eligibility for a license, permit, benefit, or government program.
• Making any other decision regulated by the FCRA.

Outside Links and Services

The site links to Sheriff release records, corrections databases, court and government portals, legal-aid information, and outside search services. Those destinations are operated by other parties. A link does not imply endorsement or control. Harmon County Released Inmates is not responsible for an outside site's content, accuracy, availability, security, privacy practices, or handling of personal data. Review the destination's current terms and privacy notice before submitting a search or other information.

Service Without Warranties

All pages, links, and tools are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, no express or implied warranty is made that:

• Any record summary, link, or other information is accurate, complete, or current.
• The site or an outside service will remain available without interruption.
• Every page, system, or tool will be free of errors, bugs, or security weaknesses.
• A partner search will find every relevant public record or person.

Custody, release, transfer, supervision, and court information can change quickly. Nothing published here is an official statement by the Harmon County Sheriff's Office, Harmon County Jail, ODOC, a court, or another government agency. Verify a result with the office that created the record.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Harmon County Released Inmates and its owners, operators, contributors, and partners will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from access to, inability to access, reliance on, or use of the site, its tools, or an outside link. This limitation applies even when the possibility of such loss was known.

Your Duty to Indemnify

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Harmon County Released Inmates, along with its owners, operators, contributors, and partners, from claims, losses, liabilities, judgments, expenses, and reasonable legal fees caused by your use of the site, your misuse of information or linked services, or your violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Content Ownership

Site text, original graphics, logos, layout elements, and code belong to Harmon County Released Inmates or the content partner that licensed them, unless a different owner is identified. Government records and linked materials remain subject to their own ownership and use rules. You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, sell, modify, or create derivative works from protected site content without prior written permission from the applicable rights holder.

Updates to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be revised at any time. A revised version becomes effective when it is posted on this page unless the text states a later date. Continued use after posting means you accept the updated terms, so review this page when returning to the site.

Suspension of Access

Access to all or part of the site may be restricted, suspended, or ended at any time, for any reason, and without advance notice. This includes action taken in response to unlawful conduct, misuse, security concerns, automated access, interference with site operations, or a violation of these terms.

Oklahoma Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from the site or these terms must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction located in Oklahoma, subject to any law that requires a different venue.

If a court finds any part of these Terms & Conditions invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. The affected provision will be limited or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable while preserving its intended purpose where the law permits.
